Canberra Contemporary is delighted to host two solo exhibitions by Sydney-based artist Amy Claire Mills and Canberra-based artist collective Hands on Studio, centred on themes of water, sensory experience, and Disability Culture. Working across a range of materials, including textiles, inflatables, and sculpture, these complementary exhibitions explore the tactile and sensory qualities of water, inviting audiences into an immersive environment through touch and play.

‘Deep End’ was co-commissioned by Liverpool Biennial and DaDa, with support from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, for the 13th edition of Liverpool Biennial, BEDROCK, curated by Marie-Anne McQuay (2025).
